Failing to fill out the required Federal and State employee paperwork puts your entire dental practice at risk. 2. TAXES, WORKER'S COMPENSATION, UNEMPLOYMENT:
When utilizing AOC, our fee is a complete fee. There are no hidden charges. Each employee is sent to you as an AOC employee. We handle ALL required taxes, unemployment insurance, workers ’ compensation, and benefits. All of AOC’s Registered Dental Hygienists are required to carry their own liability insurance policy.

3. IN-DEPTH INTERVIEW PROCESS:
All AOC employees have gone through a third-party background check and a reference verification process. This added benefit for our doctors eliminates office revenue loss and disruption, and removes questions about character and reputation..

4. LICENSE VERIFICATION:
All AOC employee credentials have been confirmed as valid and in good standing. Also, all AOC employee certifications and continuing education requirements are verified as current.

5. THE INCONVENIENCE OF PAYING EVERY DAY:
When utilizing AOC, there is no need to pay your interim employee every day. We take care of that. A bi-monthly statement will be sent to you. Easy! Convenient!

6. EASE OF PAYMENT:
When utilizing AOC, we accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, or, if you prefer, payment can be made with a check.

7. COMPUTERIZED SCHEDULING:
AOC utilizes a proprietary system that not only efficiently handles your schedules but also manages your requests to fill subsequent new job openings with an AOC employee. By tracking your current and past preferences, our system can more accurately anticipate your dental staffing needs.

8. LEGITIMATE OFFICE LOCATION:
AOC is a brick-and-mortar business, and we operate from a beautiful office located in Lakewood, Colorado. All of our operations are conducted in this office, from professional interviews to accounting and staffing operations.
