2. TAXES, WORKER'S COMPENSATION, UNEMPLOYMENT:
When utilizing AOC, our fee is a complete fee. There are no hidden charges. Each employee is sent to you as an AOC employee. We handle ALL required taxes, unemployment insurance, Worker’s Compensation, and benefits. All of AOC’s Registered Dental Hygienists are required to carry their own liability insurance policy.

3. IN DEPTH INTERVIEW PROCESS:
All AOC employees have gone through a third-party background check and a reference verification process. This added benefit, for our doctors, eliminates office revenue loss and disruption and removes questions of character and reputation.

4. LICENSE VERIFICATION:
All AOC employee credentials are confirmed to be valid and in good standing. Also, all AOC employee certifications and continuing education requirements are verified as current.

5. THE INCONVENIENCE OF PAYING EVERY DAY:
When utilizing AOC, there is no need to pay your interim employee every day. We take care of that. A bi-monthly statement will be sent to you. Easy! Convenient!

6. EASE OF PAYMENT:
