Q. What positions can AOC provide if I need to schedule temporary?
A. AOC can accommodate all of your dental temporary needs: Colorado Licensed Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants or EDDAs, and Front Office Business Assistants.

Q. I’ve been told you were more expensive than other services. Is that true?
A. When you are quoted an hourly rate, it is a complete fee. AOC covers all required fees and taxes. You will not be billed any additional fees. When calculating our fee correctly and realizing you are protected in the event of an audit, we have a very competitive fee structure.

Q. Will you send unqualified individuals to my office?
A. NO! All AOC employees undergo thorough screening. All applicants complete a comprehensive application, and our Staffing Director conducts personalized interviews. AOC performs a third-party background check and verifies references for each prospective employee. All Assistants and EDDAs must have at least five years of experience.

Q. If one of your temps hurts themselves in my office, would I be liable?
A. No. All of our “temps” are employees of AOC. AOC carries a complete Workmen’s Compensation policy on all of our employees.

Q. What if I would like to hire one of AOC’s temps to work in my office on a permanent basis?
A. That works! There is a fee required to be paid by the doctor, and then the transition is complete.

Q. What if there is an audit of my payroll? Will I need to pay penalties when I am using AOC?
A. NO! Using AOC’s staffing service protects you in the event of an audit. Copies of all policies are provided to you in the event of an audit.

Q. If I need to let someone go, would all communication be confidential if I need your help?
A. YES! AOC’s stellar reputation has been earned due to the trust our clients place in us. Feel free to contact us anytime and confide in us regarding your staffing situation. Our clients know they can trust us and, most importantly, they can count on us.

Q. If I am doing a salary review, can you help me with the “going rate”?
A. YES. We have an accurate and always current read on the dental industry. Your inquiries will always be kept in the strictest of confidence.

Q. If I call and schedule a temp, how do I know they will show?
A. Simply stated, if our employees were not reliable, we would not be the leading dental staffing company in Colorado for over 40 years and counting.

A. Our phone system is state-of-the-art and set up to handle all after-hours emergencies. Follow the prompts, and our On-Call Staffing Coordinator will return your call within 10 minutes.
